Ken Gibson
Expertise: Kenneth Gibson is a partner in HSNO’s Dallas office. Mr. Gibson has over 25 years of forensic accounting experience specializing in the financial evaluation of damage claims. He is primarily engaged as a consultant by insurance companies, independent insurance adjusters and attorneys. Mr. Gibson’s assignments include evaluation of damage claims made under property damage, business interruption and extra expense insurance policies, determination of loss caused by employee fraud and embezzlement, analysis of financial condition in arson cases, business valuation, and determination of damages regarding product liability and third party disputes. He has been responsible for evaluating damage claims totaling in excess of $4 billion. Mr. Gibson has testified as an expert witness by deposition and in court in support of his damage computations. He has presented seminars on loss of business income, reporting of values, inventory loss determination and financial motive as a defense in arson cases. |
