Description: Buffalo, NY - The State of New York charged Nicholas J. Finnegan, age 26, with second-degree murder in conjunction with the death of Russ A. Ross, age 28 who fell or was pushed off of Finnegan's second floor porch. The men were in a dispute over a door that Ross claimed that Finnegan had damaged a the time of the fall and resulting death.
