Description: Allentown, PA - The Family and Estate of Travis Magditch sued PrimeCare Medical, Inc. on a medical negligence wrongful theory claiming that Travis died while an inmate in the Lehigh County jail because Defendant's employees failed to provide appropriate and timely medical care to him. Travis was found dead in his cell on January 4, 2012. An autopsy revealed that Travis died from asthma. The Plaintiff claimed that Defendant's employee ignored the company's written policies.

PrimeCare Medical, Inc. denied wrongdoing and claimed that Travis Magditch died from heroin withdrawal.

Outcome: Defendant's verdict.
