Plaintiff worked as an information technology support specialist for the county on March 11, 2009, the day Noland sent out the e-mail message.

Plaintiff claimed she was defamed and libeled and that Noland showed a “reckless disregard for his rights.”

Defendant denied wrongdoing.

Outcome: Plaintiff's verdict for $5,000.00.
