Description: Cheyenne, WY - Jorge Enrique Barragan-Gutierrez, 22, of Bellflower, California, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal on February 25, 2015, on one count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute, and to distribute, methamphetamine, heroin and marijuana; one count of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime; and one count of conspiracy to launder money. Barragan-Gutierrez was arrested in Los Angeles, California. He received 211 months imprisonment, to be followed by five years of supervised release, was ordered to pay a $500.00 fine and a $300.00 special assessment, and is subject to deportation upon release from custody. This case was investigated by the Wyoming Division of Criminal.
