Description: Everett, WA - The State of Washington charged Erick Walker with first-degree murder as a result of the shooting death of 15-year-old Molly Conley in June of 2013 as she walked with friends along a Lake Stevens road with a group of friends. The State also charged Walker with drive-by-shooting and four assault charges.

The defense challenged the evidence of guilt.

Outcome: Defendant was found guilty of the lesser included offense of manslaughter on the murder charge and was found guilty on all other charges. Defendant may be sentenced to more than 65 years in prison.
