Description: Houston, TX - Quantlab Financial, L.L.C. sued Kuharsky and Emmanuel Mamalakis on conversion of trade secrets theories claiming that they stole code for high speed stock trading from it.

Six other defendants settled including SXP Analytics, L.L.C. settled for $28.5 million before trial.

Andriy Kuharsky helped design the software that Quantlab used to make millions in high speed stock trading.

After being fired by Quantlab, Godlevsky teamed up with Mamalakis, age 39, to form SXP Analytics.

Quantlabs suspected that SXP Analytics was using the algorithims developed by it and filed suit.
