Description: Vicki Ferrell sued Kaleb Brenda on an auto negligence theory claiming:

1. On or about December 7, 2012, the Defendant, Kaleb Benda, negligently operated a motor vehicle at or near the intersection of US Highway 77 and Parkwoods Drive, in Noble, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, causing said vehicle to collide with the vehicle Plaintiff, Vicki Ferrell, was driving.
2. That Defendant, Kevin Benda, is also liable in that he negligently entrusted the vehicle to Kaleb Benda.
3. As a result of the Defendants negligence described in paragraphs “1 & 2” above, Plaintiff, has sustained serious personal injury; lost wages; past, present and future pain and suffering, has incurred medical expenses and has incurred property damage.
4. The Defendants conduct was in total disregard for others safety when he operated the vehicle in a wilful and wanton and grossly reckless manner causing great bodily harm to the Plaintiff and the award of punitive damages to the Plaintiff is justified.
