Mr. Messenger is admitted to practice law in all Oklahoma and Arkansas state courts. He is also admitted in federal district courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, as well as the bankruptcy court of the Eastern District of Oklahoma. Mr. Messenger practices in civil tort law and business litigation, and his legal experience includes trial and appellate representation in both state, workers’ compensation, and federal courts. Before joining the firm, Mr. Messenger defended insurance companies and their insureds in civil and workers’ compensation litigation. Jason C. Messenger graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2003, where he was the Managing Editor of the International Law Journal and a member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. Mr. Messenger was also a member of the American Inns of Court, and was named to the Dean’s Honor Roll. Before obtaining a Juris Doctor, Mr. Messenger received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas. Mr. Messenger has been named a Superlawyers Rising Star in Civil Litigation four times. Each year, no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in Oklahoma receive this honor. Mr. Messenger has also been selected twice for membership in The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and The Multimillion Dollar Advocate Forum. He also is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Bench & Bar Committee.
