Description:
Tulsa, OK - A plaintiff's personal injury attorney represented Chris Simmons, on behalf of A.S., a Minor, who sued Michelle Wagner and Hollerway Enterprises, LLC, alleging that Ms. Wagner, a tenant of Hollwerway Enterprises', negligently maintained their premises, such that Ms. Wagner's dog was able to escape her property and attack A.S. on the neighboring property. Hollerway Enterprises, LLC filed a motion for summary judgment, stating that they should not be held liable because Ms. Wagner was not supposed to have an animal on the property at all.
Outcome:
Judge LaFortune granted Hollerway Enterprises' motion for summary judgment as to them. The case against Ms. Wagner remains pending.
