Victor Lee Tuner,age 70, and Megan Renee Turner, age 63, were charged with killing 5-year-old Justin Tuner in 1989.



As a result of the passage of time, more than 20 witnesses were not available to testify because they are dead or are in ill health.



Mrs. Turner said that Justin got on the school bus and was later found dead in a trailer.
