Tyree Dortch, age 17, was accused of assaulting a female in a parked car.
"He went into her car. He went around and got into her passenger side. She had no clue who he was," Pensacola Police Officer Mike Wood said on Wednesday. "She had no idea that was about to happen. And he wanted her to take him to another location. She refused and jumped out of the car, which is exactly what she should have done."
Outcome: A criminal charge is not proof of guilt.
