Martin Stieritz, Jr. was charged with shooting at a Kia SUV on Russell Street in Covington, Kentucky on April 10, 2017. The driver of the Kia suffered a bullet wound to her arm.

Evidence introduced at trial showed by Stieritz gave Coleman Lane to shoot at the Kia because of an earlier argument with a passenger.

Outcome: Defendant was found guilty. Lane pleaded guilty in 2017 and was sentenced to 15 years in prison.
