Description: Metairie, LA - Jury Convicts Adam Littleton of Murder For Killing Jasilas Wright

The State of Louisiana charged Adam Littleton, age 25, with second-degree murder for his role in the death of Jasilas Wright, age 19, who was killed when she was hit by several vehicles on Interstate 10 in Metaire on June 10, 2015.

The State claimed that Littleton "roughed up" Wright and forced her into his vehicle after she finished her shift dancing at the Bourbon Street strip club Stiletto's. It further claimed that Littleton was taking Wright to Texas against her will she she jumped out the car in the westbound lanes of the highway.

Expert testimony at trial was that he woman as killed by blunt force trauma and that her body was partially dismembered as a result of being hit by multiple vehicles traveling at high speed.

Outcome: Defendant was found guilty and will be sentenced to life in prison.
