Description: Bowling Green, Ohio criminal defense lawyers represented defendants charged with first-degree involuntary manslaughter, third-degree felony involuntary manslaughter, second-degree felonious assault and third-degree felony reckless homicide .
Jacob Krinn and Troy Hendricksen were accused of causing the hazing death of Stone Foltz, age 20, who died in an off-campus fraternity house at Bowling Free State University in March 2021.
Fotz died from alcohol poisoning.
Krinn and Henricksen’s lawyers argued that no one poured liquor down Foltz’s throat and no one explicitly directed him to drink a deadly amount of alcohol but prosecutors argued that was implied through power dynamics.
Outcome: Defendants were found guilty on some counts.
