Kendall Logan, age 29, kicked a federal police officer employed by the Rosebud Sioux Tribe in the abdomen.

The investigation was conducted by the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement Services. The case was prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Jay Miller. 

Logan was remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.

Outcome: Defendant was sentenced to one year in federal prison, followed by one year of supervised release, and ordered to pay $25.00 to the Federal Crime Victims Fund.
