No. 123 ) All future relief from Defendants will take place through the receiver in the SEC action in Maryland. Distributions in that proceeding are under way. There appears to be no possibility of recovering anything in the case at hand. "Plaintiff has no objection to the Court closing the case." Given that reality, this Court will close this case, without prejudice. There is no need to keep a case open if it is destined to go nowhere.
