Description: Waco, Texas intellectual property lawyers represented VLSI Technology, LLC which sued Intel Corporation on a patenting-infringement theory claiming that it infringed two patents relating to chip-making.

Intel denied that it infringed either of the patents and that one patent was invalid because it covered work don by Intel engineers.
