Therefore, Plaintiff's Motion to Remand ECF No. 5 is granted and Defendants' Motion to Withdraw Notice of Removal ECF No. 7 is granted to the extent that the 10-9-19 Demand Letter (ECF No. 1-4) is stricken from the record and otherwise denied as moot.
