Description: Chattanooga, Tennessee criminal lawyer represented Defendant charged with drug distribution.

Anthony Painter pleaded guilty to selling meth in violation of 21 U.S.C. 841 C.

Painter was stopped by an East Ridge Police officer on a headlight violation. He admitted to the officer that he sold meth and some was found in the car in a backpack.

Outcome: Defendant was sentenced to 135 moths in prison, followed by three years of supervised release and was assessed $100.00.
