New Orleans, LA - Byron Buck sued Jeffrey McKusker, Bock and Clark Corporation, Travelers Indemnity Company on personal injury, auto negligence, respondeat superior and insurance law theories claiming to have been injury and/or dmages in a car wreck caused by McKusker.

This case was fined in the District Court, Orleans Parish, Louisiana, case no.:17-11701 L-6, and was removed to federal court by the defendants.

Outcome: ORDER DISMISSING CASE - The Court has been advised by counsel for all parties that all of the parties to this action have firmly agreed upon a compromise in this matter. IT IS ORDERED that the action be and it is hereby dismissed without costs and without prejudice to the right, upon good cause shown, to reopen the action or seek summary judgment enforcing the compromise if the settlement is not consummated within a reasonable time.
