Plaintiff claimed that he suffered injuries on August 17, 2021 as a direct result of the failure on the part of Defendant Kiely's failure to exercise due care in the operation of a commercial truck in interstate commerce in the scope and course of his employement with Titanium Trucking 129th East Avenue. Plaintiff was riding a motorcycle and was cut off when Defendant turned left in front of him. Plaintiff claimed that he suffered severe injuries to his right leg, back, shoulder and other parts of his body. He claimed that Defendant failed to yield the right-of-way to him.
