In May 2021, a federal grand jury in Burlington returned an indictment charging Daniel Chase, 61, of Weathersfield, with three counts of making false statements to the Social Security Administration. Chase is represented by Ian Carleton, Esq. and Devin McKnight, Esq. The prosecutor is Assistant U.S. Attorney Gregory Waples.
Outcome: Defendant was sentenced to one year of probation and was ordered to pay $2,602 in restitution.
