[R. 8 .] PlaintiffRandy Hammons responded in opposition to these defense motions and also filed a Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint. [R. 12 .] Accordingly, and the Court being sufficiently advised, it is hereby ORDERED as follows: 1. Defendant Plenney Barkdull's Motion to Dismiss [R. 7 ] is GRANTED; 2. Defendant Illinois Farmers Insurance Company's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings [R. 8 ] is GRANTED; 3. Plaintiff Randy Hammons' Motion to Amend Complaint [R. 12 ] is DENIED; 4. Plaintiff Randy Hammons' original and amended complaints [R. 1 -2; R. 12 -2] are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE; and 5. This case is STRICKEN from the Court's active docket. Signed by Judge Gregory F.
