Description: Tulsa, Oklahoma criminal defense attorney represented Defendant, charged with three counts of first-degree murder in
violation of 21 O.S. 701.7 and one count of first-degree arson in violation of 21 O.S. 1401A.

Keenan Sean Burkhalter was charged with killing Hosea Fletcher, 7-year-old Maziah Brown and her father 27-year-old Marquis Brown on October 14, 2018 and setting their home on East Seminole on fire.

The medical examiner testified that all of the victims had carbon monoxide in their systems.

Defendant pleaded not guilty.

Andrew Conard testified against Defendant.

Outcome: Defendant was found guilty and will be sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
