Bradley Rosten, age 61, was accused for causing or contributing to the death of Rebecca Finehart, age 36, who died at a hospital after Defendant dropped her off at her mother's west Tulsa hme on Feburary 9, 2021.

She died from brain swelling from blunt force trauma allegedly caused by domestic violence.

Assistant District Attorney Kenneth Elmore prosecuted the case.

Outcome: "Mr. Rosten did not plead guilty. He entered an Alford plea, and continues to assert his innocence.> Brian Boeheim
