Wanda Delaplane and Jan Richards, the daughters of Loren Richards, deceased, sued Beverly Health and Rehabilitation of Frankfort on a medical negligence wrongful death theory claiming that Mr. Richards died as a result of the failure of Defendant's nursing staff to respond appropriately to his complaints of abdominal pain.
