Description: Failure to yield crosswalk case in which Judith DeBock, age 54, claimed that Michael Krzyanowski, an employee of ILX Lightwave, hit her as she attempted to cross Main Street in Bozeman, Montana on March 25, 2000. Two vehicles yielded the right-of-way to Ms. DeBock but Krzyanowski did not. DeBock sustained leg, pelvis and shoulder injuries that necessitated numerous surgeries. She claimed $1.5 million in damages.
