Description:

Civil rights retaliation claims by Daniel Holsinger Kenneth Fike and Robert Ryan against West Virginia University. The Plaintiffs, West Virginia University police officers, claimed that the were retaliated against because they complained that dorm-room burglaries were routinely mislabeled to avoid a federal crime-reporting law.
