No. 39 , Motion), wherein the parties jointly request that the Court approve the proposed settlement (as described in the settlement agreement filed under seal at Docket No. 45 ) reached by Plaintiff on behalf herself and her minor child. A hearing on the Motion was held on November 21, 2025. For the reasons discussed at the hearing, the proposed settlement is approved is fair, reasonable, and adequate, and the parties are directed to carry out its terms. This action is hereby DISMISSED with prejudice as requested by Plaintiff, pursuant to Rule 41(a)(2), as the Court finds that the terms of the settlement agreement are just.
