He received his law degree from the George Washington University National Law Center (1986), and his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University, cum laude (1983). Mr. Galterio is a member of the New York and New Jersey bars, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits, the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
