On Count I (due process), the jury returned a verdict in favor of Plaintiff and against all Defendants. On Count II (pretrial detention without probable cause), the jury returned a verdict in favor of Plaintiff and against all Defendants. On Count III (failure to intervene), the jury returned a verdict in favor of Plaintiff and against all Defendants.
