RANDLE RAYMOND LOCKETT, on or about 9/21/2013, in Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did commit the crime of ASSAULT AND BATTERY WITH A DANGEROUS WEAPON, a Felony, by unlawfully, feloniously, willfully, wrongfully, and intentionally, without justifiable or excusable cause commit an assault and battery on one Damien Christopher Bryant with a certain dangerous weapon, to-wit: a handgun held in the hand of said defendant and with which he struck the said Damien Christopher Bryant with force and violence, and did thereby inflict wounds on and about the head of the said Damien Christopher Bryant with the unlawful and felonious intent then and there to do him bodily harm,

Court orders Defendant taken into custody. Bond exonerated. Defendant requests PSIR. New bond set in the amount of Hold Without Bond. Formal sentencing set for 3-30-2015 at 9:00 a.m..
