Description: James L. Santelle, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, announced that Michael P. Cantrell Sr., (age: 46), of Keshena, Wisconsin located on the Menominee Indian Reservation, was sentenced on March 27, 2015, to 121 months of imprisonment, followed by a 15 year term of supervised release. The sentence was the result of a guilty plea by Cantrell on December 2, 2014, to aggravated sexual abuse of an adult female by force.
The investigation revealed that on April 24, 2014, Cantrell, used force to sexually assault a female, at a residence on the Menominee Indian Reservation. Law enforcement officials interviewed Cantrell and he admitted that he sexually assaulted the victim.
This case was investigated by the Menominee Tribal Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
