Morristown, NJ - The State of New Jersey charged Richard "Richie" Roberts with third-degree perjury and theft by failure to make lawful disposition. The State claimed that Roberts, age 81, and his partner Gerald M. Saluti, Jr., stole $140,000 from clients out of the firm's trust account.
