An experienced trial lawyer, Gomez has represented clients in cases involving defective medical devices and general product liability claims, representing both individual clients and working on class action litigation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants including corporations, giving him broad perspective on litigation involving medical malpractice and other personal injury cases as well as mass torts.
