Attorney Krisch joined the firm in 2000 after clerking on the Connecticut Supreme Court for former Chief Justice Ellen A. Peters. In 2002, he received statewide recognition as the "Rookie of the Year," an award given by the Connecticut Law Tribune to young lawyers demonstrating exemplary skills and dedication to the law. In January of 2004, Attorney Krisch became a principal in the firm. Attorney Krisch has an active appellate practice, and has argued in both the Connecticut Appellate and Supreme Courts. Attorney Krisch also handles trial cases in Connecticut state and federal courts. Attorney Krisch is an elected member of the American Law Institute, a past chair of the Connecticut Bar Association's Young Lawyers' section, and served as Assistant Secretary-Treasurer of the Connecticut Bar Association. Attorney Krisch is also actively involved in legal education. He has served as a faculty member for the CBA Appellate Advocacy Institute and has taught as an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut School of Law. In August, 2009, The Encyclopedia of Connecticut Causes of Action, co-authored by Attorneys Krisch and Taylor, was published. Attorney Krisch is co-author of the Connecticut Practice Book Annotated and the Connecticut Juvenile Law Annotated.
