Additional Information: Mr. Bagley’s experience with Idaho began at Ricks College (now BYU-Idaho), where he graduated with an A.A.S. degree. Following graduation from Ricks, he attended Brigham Young University in Provo, where he received a B.A. in English. Mr. Bagley received his J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law, following which, he attended the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law where he received a Master of Laws degree (LL.M) in taxation.
