Additional Information: Kathryn Lewis is an experienced, assertive litigator who has represented clients in virtually all types of commercial disputes, including insurance coverage, professional liability, and products liability. She’s widely recognized for knowledge of the claims underwriting process and the insurance industry.

Kathryn began her career in 2001 as an Associate with Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal, now SNR Denton, where she quickly gained a strong reputation as a smart and collaborative litigator when she successfully represented a leading manufacturer of small appliances in fire cases.

In 2003, Kathryn joined a Kansas City-based litigation firm and played a role in multiple areas of practice. In 2007, she was seconded to a Lloyd’s of London syndicate and worked with its professional indemnity and property/casualty teams on coverage issues involving insurance and reinsurance policies worldwide.

Kathryn brings a unique and personal perspective to client service because she has been one, too. She served as national coordinating counsel for the U.S. arm of a Lloyd’s of London syndicate. In this role, she managed litigation throughout the United States, hiring and overseeing lawyers in a diverse range of professional liability cases.
