Kelcy Palmer worked as a summer associate at Hoover Kernell while in law school at the University of Houston. In August 2013, Ms. Palmer became a permanent addition to the firm where she now counsels and represents clients in commercial and employment litigation matters.

Ms. Palmer has experience advising on various employment issues, including handbooks, non-compete agreements, compensation policies, and recruitment and outreach programs. Ms. Palmer also has experience representing clients in both state and federal court in complex civil litigation actions, including employment law claims, breach of contract claims, and business torts.

While attending the University of Houston Law Center, Ms. Palmer served as a Senior Articles Editor of the Houston Journal of International Law and interned with the Honorable Lynn Hughes, United States District Judge in the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division.
