Her experience includes: * Defending individual, class and collective claims of discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, and retaliation; * Defending individual, class and collective action wage and hour claims; * Defending ERISA and other benefit-related claims; * Representing clients in investigations conducted by both federal and state Departments of Labor, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and similar state agencies across the country; * Serving as "in-house" employment litigation counsel to large company managing employment litigation in jurisdictions across the country; * Advising employers in a variety of employment-related risk management issues; * Serving as special counsel retained to conduct informal investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination and employer misconduct; * Representing companies in connection with insurance coverage disputes; * Representing companies and individuals in connection with alleged violations of non-compete agreements, employee raiding, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair competition, tortious interference and defamation; * Defending clients in arbitrations arising out of business sales and alleged violations of non-competition agreements.
