Law School: Polly A. Myers is a staff attorney in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, where her practice focuses primarily on government contracts including litigation of bid protests before the US Court of Federal Claims and the Government Accountability Office. She has also represented clients in False Claims Act litigation, Small Business Size Determinations, and issues involving Multiple Award Schedule issues, and advised clients in requests and defense of Freedom of Information Act requests. Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2008, Polly spent a decade as a sole practitioner litigating a wide variety of civil and criminal matters in local state and federal courts. She served as a mediator and an arbitrator in over 300 matters. She then transitioned to a litigation and dispute resolution practice with three other international law firms. During law school, Polly served as a legal intern to the Honorable Gladys Kessler, Superior Court of the District of Columbia Civil I Division. After law school graduation, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Spottswood W. Robinson, III, US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
