; United States of America v. Freeda Flynn Attorney Robert F. Krapenc has been practicing criminal law for over 22 years. A Cleveland native, Bob attended Case Western Reserve University for both his undergraduate and law school degrees. Bob began learning criminal law while working in the Cleveland City Prosecutor's Office during law school.

After graduating law school, and passing the bar, Bob took a job with the Franklin County Prosecutor�s Office where he worked for more than 16 years. He handled thousands of cases, trying hundreds of jury trials, including over 20 death penalty cases. Bob was one of the few attorneys appointed by then Governor Voinovich to prosecute cases arising out of the Lucasville Prison riots in 1994. During his years in the prosecutor�s office, Bob was a Senior Assistant Prosecutor whose responsibilities included the training and supervision of many new assistant prosecuting attorneys.

Bob brought his experience to the classroom. For several years, he taught business law at Franklin University. He also taught in the paralegal and law enforcement programs at Columbus State Community College.

Bob started his criminal defense firm in 2005. As a talented and experienced trial attorney, Bob has tried cases throughout the state of Ohio. He has handled every type of criminal case ranging from charges of Aggravated Murder to speeding. Bob has handled the complex and sensitive nature of death penalty cases as a defense attorney and is qualified by the court to receive death penalty appointments.
