Since graduation he has concentrated his practice in litigation. In personal injury cases, he has represented individuals who have sustained serious injury in motor vehicle accidents, as a result of medical negligence, and due to defective products. He has represented workers who sustained injury as a result of exposure to asbestos as well as women diagnosed with breast cancer after Hormone Replacement Therapy. Mr. Abloeser has also represented hundreds of railroad workers who were injured while on the job. These workers are subject to the Federal Employers' Liability Act. In the field of commercial litigation, Mr. Abloeser represents small businesses and closely held corporations. His clients have included a ship supply corporation involved in litigation with France and Turkey, and a cell phone distributor involved in litigation with Cingular/AT&T. His work on behalf of the ship supply corporation involved international maritime law, the Jones Act, and international ship seizures. Mr. Abloeser is admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has been admitted pro hac vice to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Jersey, as well as numerous United States District Courts, including the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Northern District of New York and the District of Massachusetts.
