Additional Information: Sean received his law degree from Texas Tech School of Law in 2008. Prior to law school, Sean received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas. Sean began to clerk for the firm in 2006. After passing the bar exam, he joined the firm as an attorney and has been handling personal injury cases and litigation. Sean also handles appellate work, and has worked on cases in front of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Texas Supreme Court, and various Texas Courts of Appeals. <P> While in law school, Sean received awards for trial advocacy, appellate advocacy, and the Michael J. Crowley Ethics Award. During the summer of 2007, Sean interned for Justice Phil Johnson at the Texas Supreme Court. Sean has also clerked for three state district judges in Lubbock County, as well as serving as a teaching fellow for legal research and writing for two years. Sean has been married to his wife Alicia, a Lubbock County Assistant District Attorney, for 5 years. They have three children. <P> Sean is licensed to practice by the Texas Supreme Court and the New Mexico Supreme Court. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
