Additional Information: Court Reporter, Court Reporting - Area Wide Reporting Service began providing court reporting services to clients in Central Illinois almost 30 years ago. Today, Area Wide continues to meet the court reporting needs of our clients – from litigation support and deposition services – to the latest internet and video conferencing options.

Area Wide is based in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois. We have two full-time office personnel and 14 on staff certified reporters. A number of our reporters have the additional Real-Time and LiveNote® certifications. We have three conference rooms, a broadcast quality ISDN and internet protocol video conferencing suite. Area Wide has Wi-Fi and also a laptop with LiveNote® installed for your use.

Area Wide Reporting has reporters in several Central Illinois cities including Champaign, Urbana, Bloomington, Decatur, Danville, Mattoon, Springfield and Kankakee.

Area Wide is a member of the National Court Reporters Association and the Illinois Shorthand Reporters Association.

Area Wide supports a variety of important causes including the Soldier's Angels, Operation Iraqi Children, the Empty Tomb, the Crisis Nursery and several of the Fraternal Order of Police charities.
