Expertise: We accept peffectly edible and safe food from food manufacturers, restaurants, retail stores, caterers, cafeterias, etc. that would otherwise be discarded and either distribute it to 450 partner programs in 24 counties of eastern Oklahoma or process it in our Culinary Center into a form that can be frozen. Together with our partner programs, we feed about 50,000 hungry people a week.
