Andrew Lester, age 84, shot and severely wounded Black Teenager Ralph Yarl, age 16, when Yarl mistakenly rang Lester's
door bell thinking he was at he house where he was supposed to pick up his brothers.

Despite having been shot twice, the boy was able to get up and go to another house and asked for help but was ordered to get on the ground hand put his hands up by the "good samaritan."



Outcome: An indictment is not proof of guilt.
