The Court FINDS and CONCLUDES that, even if Dr. Greyson had breached a duty owed to Ervin, she did not show by a preponderance of the evidence that that putative breach caused her any injuries. The Court FINDS and CONCLUDES that Defendant United States is entitled to judgment in its favor on Ervins medical negligence claim against it. The Court ORDERS that the parties shall bear their own attorneys and experts fees, and court costs. The Clerk shall enter final judgment and terminate this action. SO ORDERED by Judge William J.
