Portland, Oregon personal injury lawyer Benjamin Adams represented the Plaintiffs who sued on a product liability theory claiming to have been injured and/or damages as a direct result of having used a talc produce containing asbestos.
Kyung lee, age 48, claimed that she developed mesothelioma as a direct result of having inhaled asbestos as a result of using the produce sold by Johnson & Johnson.
If a product used by a consumer causes an injury or property damage, the consumer may be able to receive compensation for that harm. Product liability lawsuits attempt to hold manufacturers and sellers accountable for putting unreasonably dangerous products on the market.
